Celestine Brown Wright Edisto Island - Mrs. Celestine Brown Wright, 88, of Edisto Island, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 12, 2022. The family will have a Celebration of Life Service on Monday, December 19, 2022 - 11:00 a.m. at New First Missionary Baptist Church - 1644 Highway 174 - Edisto Island, SC. The Interment will follow in the Church's Cemetery. Viewing for Mrs. Wright will take place prior to her service on Monday, 10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. She is survived by her children: Darryl Wright, Cynthia Harper, Walter Wright, Jr., Deborah Randall and Rodney Wright; 15 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; 3 great-great- grandchildren; in-laws: Ella Mae Bligen of Bronx, NY and Doris (Harold) Miles of James Island, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband: Walter A. Wright, Sr.; daughter:Patricia Bryant and parents: Samuel Gadson and Viola Brown.
