Cecil Goodale ANDERSON, SC - Cecil Henry "Skeeter" Goodale, 82, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family. Born on August 24, 1940 in Johns Island, SC, he was the son of the late Henry Edward Goodale and Clyde Lucille Sanford, and a Veteran of the US Army. Skeeter was known as the protector and guardian of his family; his grandchildren affectionately called him "Hawkeye". He was a husband, dad and grandfather that worked and cared for his family. He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Faye Ann Goodale; children: Charles Russelle Goodale (Michelle), Henry Edward "Hank" Goodale (Sherry Lynn) and Daniel Cecil Goodale (Delilah); 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and his best friends: Glen Ramsey and Birney Valdez. A memorial service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11am with Military Honors.
