Quin and Caryn, you and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. I remember as a child hanging out at your house we had such great times. Your mom was like a big sis to me and Gwen. Joy cometh in the morning.

I will truly miss this man Boot had been a father to me and my sister's we have loved him just like a father this was a good man in spit of it all .I will miss you I love you until we meet again rest in the arms of God.

Sending my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ceasar "Boot" Weldon. Although we only met on 2 occasions I deeply admired Ceasar for his kindness and generosity.

To Weldon family you have deepest sympathy in the lost of your love one . Death leaves a headache no one can heal but love leaves memories no one can steal. Cherish the memories implant it in your heart it will be there forever. To be absent in the body is presented with the Lord. I pray your strength in the Lord.

fifty eight years ago I was not even borne yet when I lost my father James Edward Shingler (Chance Junior) and you lost a brother. Here I am today writing in your guest book and I find that I have suffered yet another great lost. I am a lot more mature now and I know that God makes no mistakes. He comes like a thief in the night, but he only come to get what's his. Uncle Ceasar rest in peace and I will see you on the other side. God said it and I believe it. He is not a man that shall lie.
