Catherine Ebright Obituary

Catherine Ebright Charleston - Catherine Loretta Holmes Ebright of Charleston, SC, wife of the late Richard Warren Ebright, entered into eternal rest at home, the morning of December 28, 2020. The family will have a private funeral service on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Mrs. Ebright was born on August 31, 1933 in Harford County, Maryland, daughter of the late Walter Holmes and Ada Margaret Needer Holmes. Mrs. Ebright retired from St. Andrews Presbyterian Church after serving as secretary for over 15 years. She was a Past Matron of Betsy Ross Chapter #189, Order of the Eastern Star, where she was an active member for over 53 years. Surviving are her two daughters: Cheryn E. Small and Kimberly G. Ebright, both of Charleston; three grandchildren: Katelyn G. and husband Seth H. Chinnis, Erin O. Small, William K. Small Jr.; and one great-grandchild: Julian Warren Chinnis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 712 Wappoo Road, Charleston, SC 29407 or Walter Mission, 1150 Molly Greene Way, Bldg. 1605, North Charleston, SC 29450.
