Carrie Ellis BROOKLYN, NY - Carrie Ellis, 72, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, SC (Snowden Community) entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 22, 2013 in Brooklyn, NY. She was the daughter of the late George, Sr. and Irene Ellis beloved mother to Harry, Peggy, Harold, Clarissa, Joey and Cassandra and grandmother to 10 grandchildren; sister to, Helen Smalls, James Ellis, Janie E. Alston, Rosalie (James) Ward, Robert (Johnnie Mae) Ellis and Johnny Ellis all of Mt. Pleasant, Elizabeth (Herman) Fuzz of North Charleston, Marie (Glester) Carter of Brooklyn, NY, Frank (Vanessa) Ellis of Baltimore, MD and Louis Ellis of Corsicana, TX. Two siblings preceded her in death, George, Jr. and Lillie Mae Dickerson. Funeral service will be Monday, December 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Lawrence H.
