Dear Mr. and Mrs. Werntz,
I am so very sad to hear of Caroline’s passing. Caroline had a sweetness and kindness that touched my life in many ways, and I considered her a very special friend. I knew her for such a short time, but I loved her and will miss her greatly.
My sincerely condolences to you both, as well as to her beloved brother and his family,
Melanie McCrary

So sorry to hear of Caroline's passing. I will always remember the sweet, smart, beautiful little girl she was when I knew her as a friend growing up just down the street and at Good Shepherd. Mimi and Eddie, and Cam, my prayers are with you all. She was such a bright light. It is so hard to imagine her gone...

Caroline, our hearts are broken at your passing. I'll so miss our calls catching up with each other and I'm so glad we saw each other when we could. What a great view you're going to have of all things Clemson now, and I know you'll love that! I hope you can feel our love from up there! Rest in peace until we meet again. Love, Hazel & Mark

Mimi and Eddie, my deepest sympathy to you. I know that if prayer and love could have extended your loved one's time with you indefinitely, Caroline would be with you now...but She will always be with you in spirit and through wonderful memories.

I am so very sad to hear about Caroline. She was such a beautiful girl with a kind heart and soul. I have some funny memories of our freshman year at Clemson that I'll share one day with you. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
