Carmen was a very special friend of our family... I am the daughter of Alice C. Turner and Samuel Turner. My name is Maudene' Hogue... I use to live on the island before HUGO... We all went to Mr. 's ate and laughed. The Isle Of Palms residents really carried about each other. We are so sorry for your loss.
Prayers are with the family.
