Carl Lustic Obituary

I worked for Carl several years with Lee and Oppie....Carl always treated me great....he will be missed...my condolences Rudi....

Dear Rudy, Terri and Family,
Our deepest sympathy on the death of Carl. He was a very friendly person and enjoyed life. We remember him coming to the Elms for the Christmas Eve masses. He will be missed.

We were sorry to hear of Carl's passing. He was always a cheerful person! We had some fun times at Portage Lakes with Carl and Rudy. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May your memories bring you comfort.

Auntie Rudy and Family,
Uncle Carl will remain very special to us as a fun loving, intelligent man. Remembering all the holidays and special occasions we shared, he was there with a smile, ready to play along or tell a joke. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Carl was a true gentleman. We enjoyed our friendship with this gentle giant, and he will remain in our hearts, and live on in our memories forever. GOD took him home so he'd suffer no more. GOD bless you Rudy, we send you our love.

Aunt Rudy and family,
I just wanted to let you know that we are sorry for the loss of Uncle Carl. He has a special place in my heart for his "crazy" sense of humor. And I will always hold that dear to me. By the way...since he has been gone, I find myself in tears and mysteriously "quarters" have been showing up all over the place. I guess that will always be his way of telling me to stop crying!
You are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.

Carl was a friend of mine since the "Mad-Man Muntz" days on Wooster Ave.
He also filmed my start in the restoration of Dusty's Landing here at Portage Lakes in 1984 when he docked his boat here.

i started to work for carl at lustic tv when i was in early high school. i was hired as a stock boy. carl then paid to send me to tech schools and further training. i became a tv service man and was with carl for several years. that later led to my receiving the army commendation medal for technical skills. then becoming an electronics engineer where i received many patents.
thanks carl for giving me a good start.
