Carl Jones Obituary

Carl Jones Summerville - Carl Be Jones, 70, of Summerville, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 2 o'clock at Parks Funeral Home (130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483). In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Carl to Dorchester Paws (136 4 Paws Lane, Summerville, SC 29483). Carl was born on May 27, 1952, in Florence, SC. He is the son of the late Carl Belton Epps Jones and Jean Maree Josey Jones. He then married the love of his life, Linda Jones who he spent many years with. During his lifetime, Carl took on many jobs but ended up retiring from the Railroad Company. He then would spend his free time; fishing, hunting, going shrimping, playing cards, and loved watching tv. Carl loved all his friends, but most importantly he loved his family, they meant everything to him. Carl is survived by his wife, Linda Jones of Summerville, SC; sons, Scott Jones (Stephanie) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Ryan Jones (Tena) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister, Kathy Manley (John) of North Carolina; granddaughters, Morgan Jones and Carlee Jones. He is predeceased by his father, Carl Belton Epps Jones; mother, Jean Maree Josey Jones; and sister, Nancy E. Jones.
