Carl Binnarr, Jr. Waverly, GA - Carl Russell Binnarr Jr., 38, of Waverly, GA passed away on December 26, 2018. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Stella and Rufus Cook of Goose Creek, SC and Aggie and Edgar Binnarr of Goose Creek, SC. He is survived by his father, Carl Russell Binnarr, Sr. and step mother, Elizabeth of Moncks Corner; mother. Carol Ward and step father, Jeff of Waverly, GA; sisters, Danielle Riffe and Shanea Perritt; brother, Cody Ward. Carl grew up in Goose Creek, SC, where he attended Goose Creek High School and participated in the JROTC Program. He was employed as an electrician. Carl enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially time spent in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Funeral services will be held 1 o'clock Monday, December 31, 2018 at McAlister-Smith, Goose Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Goose Creek, 869 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC.
