My heartfelt sympathies go to the loving family that has lost thier beloved daughter on this earth. I never met Ms. Hurt-Baird, but my son had the pleasure of attending the Baltimore Christian School with Ricky. The short time his mother had here, she planted an awesome seed in him. I pray for him and his anointed future.

Sorry to hear of your great loss! She was a wonderful young lady as well as her son. He attended the school (BCS) where I worked. May God rest her soul and may Ricky find peace in the midst of this great storm. They loved each other greatly. May that love live on in his heart! Peace & Blessings

To my beloved Candace, growing up with my daughters, you Shante, Tammy, and Desiree', you were my daughter also. I remember the sleep overs and the fun that was had by all. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Heaven has gained another angel!!! I am comforted knowing that I will see you again. THANK YOU FOR BEING WHO AND WHAT YOU HAD BECOME, and the many lives you TOUCHED!! LOVE YOU. Aunt Robin

Candy I will miss u dearly I have no one to come n spend the weekend with anymore I always look forward to comin down to spend time wit u ins of course my favorite place to visit was the harbor . Sorry I. couldn't move down there like I told u I would when I retired in 4 years , but who knew that u would not be here to c that come true . To my Family, At a time like this it is so hard to find the right words. I can remember as a little girl seeing Candy every now and again when her and the family would come into town. I didnt see her much but I know that she was a nice person. To Sandy; after meeting w/you as a little girl and remembering you; you are a strong sweet spirit and I know that through it all Candy would want you to know that in all things 'She loves you.' I pray that with each passing day of her untimely death that you all continue to let GOD strengthen you and know that he is able to surpass and help you to overcome all things. We love you and may Heaven continue to look down upon you.
