My conversations with Uncle Caesar had always been one of the highlights of visiting Coward,SC. He would speak on the world of opportunities available to today's generation and how unfortunate it is that people didn't take advantage of what was available to them. He always had an optimistic viewpoint and was stern in his beliefs. He was a good source of advice and no matter the circumstances, he remained upbeat and always saw the silver lining in the cloud. May God be with the family during this time of bereavment. He will be deeply missed.
