Burton Moore Obituary

What I did not know was that he graduated from the Citadel. He probably knew the Boo. I was in the class of 65.

I met Burton at an art store in Charleston in the 70's. I purchased to pictures of geese and have them hanging on a wall in my dinning room. Sweet memories. J Felix Rogers

Burt was my best friend for over fifty years. We were there for each other in tough times. One hellva guy

Burton was my friend for some twenty-five years. We hunted together. In our darkest hours we fought the demons together. I will remember him at the setting of the sun and in the mornings. He was a kind and generous man.

Burton was my friend. I enjoyed having him come hunt with me in Alabama for a week! I helped him get a Chesapeake Retriever! We hunted together the next year in Arkansas. I also visited with Burton in his home in Mt Pleasant. His artwork hangs in my home today! I miss him and cried today when I received this email and saw the video. God Bless Burton and his family. Burt and I go back over 50 years and have always valued our friendship, a brother indeed. This has been a terrible loss. I will miss his wonderful humor and insight. Rest in peace my good friend
