Slugger was one of the greatest guys I ever knew. I can remember him coming to the little leage ball games to watch his son Chris and I play. Slugger would remind me how I cryed on the pitcher's mound when the other team started kicking my tail. Of course, he would remind me of this in front a big crowd. He never let anyone get a big head and he made everyone around feel as if they knew him forever. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Slugger we loved you and we will all miss you dearly!

My condolences. I went away for the weekend and could not believe the news when I returned. May God watch over you and comfort you in this time of sorrow. Peace.
