Brian Jerome Smalls CHARLESTON - Brian Jerome Smalls entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memories to his daughters, Monteshia and Lyric; his parents, Elaine and Kenneth Smalls; his sibling, Kalisa Smalls, one niece, Tyla Smalls; his grandmother, Herlene Smalls; a very special friend, Juanita Smith, and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends. Memorial Services will be held for Mr. Smalls on Saturday, October 27, 2018. at 2:00 p.m. at West Ashley High School, 4060 W. Wildcat Blvd., Charleston, SC 29414.
