Brian Eagan Obituary

EAGAN, Brian Brian John Eagan, 47, of Summerville, husband of Rachelle Hamilton Eagan of Sumter died Monday, January 12, 2009 at Trident Medical Center. Memorial service will be held Sunday, January 18, 2009 at 2 o'clock at St. Lukes Lutheran Church. Following the service, there will a gathering of friends and family for refreshments. Mr. Eagan was born October 30, 1961 in Duluth, Minnesota, a son of John Lee Eagan and Iris Ware Eagan. He graduated from Summerville High School, Class of 1981. He worked in construction and was a life long Lutheran. Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are two daughters, Amy Pack Hoffman and Melissa Reed both of Sumter; four grandchildren, Sara-Ann Hoffman, Alexander Hernandez, Mackenzie Lyons and Austin Lyons; grandmother, Evangeline Ware; sisters, Laurie Eagan Kilcoyne (William) and Vanessa Eagan Porter (Allen); two uncles, Larry Ware of Wisconsin and Dennis Ware (Kathy) of Wisconsin; and nephews, Michael Eagan Kilcoyne, Dustin Porter and Shay MacBurnett. Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Lawrence Ware and grandparents Ken and Edwin Fisher.
