Brett Myers Obituary

Brett Robert Myers SUMMERVILLE - Brett Robert Myers, 60, of Summerville, SC, fell asleep in death at his residence surrounded by his loving family on April 1, 2024. He was born April, 1, 1964 in Newport News, VA to Robert and Betty Myers. Brett attended St. Andrews Parish High School, where he graduated in 1982. He was lovingly united in marriage to his best friend, Lisa D Myers, on February 3, 1995, and they went on to have one wonderful son. Brett was very happily employed at Audio Warehouse for over 20 years and insisted on working up until his final days. Brett enjoyed being close to nature, loved animals and was passionate for music of all genres. He expressed himself through music and had the great joy of composing his own. He will be deeply missed and his music will always fill the air. Brett is predeceased by his father, Robert Myers, his mother, Betty Myers, and his brother, Danny Myers. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Myers, one son, Aaron Myers, an uncle, Jerry Baker, a sister-in-law, Janet Myers, a father-in-law, Jack Parker, a mother-in-law, Mary Parker, one niece, Mollie Decker, and one nephew, Joey Decker. A Loving Celebration of Life will be held on April 21 at Givhans Ferry State Park at 2:00pm. More details to come.
