Brad will be missed very much. I worked with Brad for 24 years at Charleston Naval Base(NPPSO). He taught me so much about the life of a person who had challenges and could still perservere. He always inquired about my daughter and how she was doing in school.He thought the world of his nephews and was so proud of them.We grieved with him in the loss of his daughter and nephew.He was a wonderful persona and a good friend to many.

I had wonderful chat with Brad, no wonder I couldn't get hold on Video Phone. He seems a wonderful man to chat with. He told me he enjoyed different states to see Deaf school.
