Bonnie J. Pye Summerville - Bonnie J. Pye, 95, of Summerville, wife of the late Rev. Jim B. Pye, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at The Village at Summerville. Flowers will be accepted. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10 o'clock to 11 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC 29485. Bonnie was born on November 28, 1925 in Clayton, GA, daughter of the late Weldon and Ethel Justus. She was a member of Grace Community Baptist Church. Survivors include: two children: Jimmy L. Pye (Kay) of Pinopolis and Harriet P. McLaurin (Buck) of Moncks Corner; six grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. In addition to her late husband, Jim, she was predeceased by son-in-law: Glenn O. Mizzell; and two siblings: James Justus and Stella Barnett.
