Sorry to hear that Billy passed. We love you all and are praying, of course. We will never forget that smiling face, and deep voice. Many great memories of you all. Would love to be with you, but Larry had foot surgery the day before Matthew. Power just came on yesterday. God be with you all at this time and always. Larry and Mary Anne.

To Ruby and the Hatchell family,
I knew Billy well and worked with him at the Charleston Muni Golf Course for a number of years. We were good friends and played many rounds of golf together. I will always remember him as a happy person who was always fun to be around. I have missed him these past few years since he moved to Sumter.
My sincerest sympathies for each of you and may God bless each of you and give you his strength and comfort. All of us who knew Billy will miss him but remember him with fondness. God Bless.
