Billy Boyd Harley JACKSONBORO, SC - Mr. Billy Boyd Harley, husband of Annette Richardson Harley, passed away Saturday at his residence surrounded by his loving family under the care of Odyssey Hospice. He was 78. Billy was born on Young's Island January 2, 1935 a son of the late Alex Zander Harley and Ruth Marie Friendly Harley. He was a former Heavy Equipment Operator in the Construction Industry and attended the First Assembly of God in Walterboro. He was also an avid outdoorsman. In addition to his wife, Billy is survived by his son Billy Boyd Harley Jr. and his wife Christie Dawn Hicks Harley of Walterboro. There is one brother, Leroy Harley of Jacksonboro, and one sister, Margaret Burr of Arkansas. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Brandon Alexander Harley, Jordan Matthew Harley, and Ashlyn Kate Harley. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 in the Chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, with burial following in White Church Cemetery in Ravenel. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday evening at the funeral home, and flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Odyssey Hospice, 3870 Leeds Avenue Suite 109, N. Charleston, SC 29405.
