Billie Houser Obituary

Billie Houser FORT MILL, SC - Billie Ruth Houser, 90, wife of the late Ralph Wilson Houser, Sr., passed away peacefully on May 5, 2024. She was born July 11, 1933 in Nashville, TN to Ruth Ferguson Smith and Terry Wendall Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Jennie Ruth Houser (Susan Shaffer). Her son, Ralph "Scooter" Wilson Houser, Jr., passed away a day after his mother. Billie worked at James Island High School as a study hall teacher & was also a member of the Charleston Doe's #231. She was loved by everyone that met her and she had a knack of putting a smile on everyone's face. She will be missed by her family and friends. The family will have a private graveside service at a date to be determined.
