Betty Wise Obituary

It is with deep sadness that I hear of Mom Wise passing away. Prayers for the family of this incredible lady.

Mom you are the light of my life and I will miss seeing, talking to you and telling you how much I love you. Thanks for not giving up on me. God bless your journey to eternal life with God and Dad. Love Sis.

My heart and prayers go out to Mrs. Betty's family and friends. My daughters and I knew her from Good Shepherd. She was such a great person, always made me laugh or smile when she could tell I was not having a great day. Boy, did she love her Tigers! (as do I) I know she is in Heaven smiling down and having a good ol' time up there. God's Peace be with all of you

Thinking of you all during this sad time. Betty was a beautiful lady who always made you feel special when you saw her. I can hear her laugh even now.

We were sorry to learn of your moms passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

We were quite surprised to read of Betty's demise. She was such a great person who loved and served her church well. Have missed her prior to our current health situation in Charleston and often wondered how she was getting on. A prior commitment prevents our attending the viewing scheduled for Thursday morning but did want to say "good bye" in this way since our conflict precludes a final goodbye in person. Comfort each other as you all go through this trying time. Peace.

I was saddened to hear of Ms.Betty's passing. She was truly a dear lady that I was blessed to call my friend. She used to make me laugh sooo much back in the day. Beautiful still I side & out. She will be missed. My thoughts & prayers are with you as you go thru this most difficult time.

We will miss seeing Mrs Wise. Always saw her in Walmart & West Ashley stores. She was in our lives when her boys played baseball at St Paul High School and Little League and many other groups! She never aged!!!!!

My heart goes out to Mrs. Wise's family ...she babysat my children from the time they were born...they are grown now but she was like a granny to them. I will always be grateful we had her in our lives. She was the best!

I sat with Betty during early morning church service for several years and enjoyed her company. I will miss her laugh. Godspeed to Betty. Prayers and thoughts to her family.

Johnny and David, I am saddened to hear of the passing of your mother. I will always remember her as a loving and supportive mom. I regret not being able to attend her visitation and service but I am, of course socially distancing with this pandemic and have mobility problems due to back surgeries. I'm very sorry for your loss.Ms.Betty was a loveable person and our best friend.. My mom was just remarried in October 2016..three mis. Later she passed away.. Ms.Betty came to both of her service..she was a trip in a half love to make people laugh ...my mom and her probably is laughing and acting up right now in heaven..she was always there when we went to get our hair cut at Christy... And u can hear her down the hallway..calling my name and my mom name Maxine..I have stop by her hiuse to say hi..gave her a hug..i live on Jessamine rd.. Please take care of yourself and the family God..thank u..Alicia wasson and Maxine mizzell Fairfax..

This is not goodbye as I know and feel God has blessed me with a strong role model in my life. And then came the morning when God led you home to be in his eternal life home. Betty always had a smile. When she came in my store to get shoes, she would say what do you have to fit me today. I'd say I don't know with that foot probably not much. We would both laugh. I enjoyed talking to her. My prayers go out to the family.

I am so sad to hear of Betty's passing. She was my mother's dearest friend. Betty always had a smile and a hug for me. My prayers are with the family.
