Betty Jean O'Leary SUMMERVILLE - Betty Jean O'Leary, 69, of Summerville, wife of Edward William O'Leary, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013 at her residence. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation this evening from 6 to 8 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday morning, May 8, 2013 at 9 o'clock at St. Theresa the Little Flower Catholic Church, 11001 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Burial will be private. Mrs. O'Leary was born March 19, 1944 in Milbank, SD, daughter of the late Charles Egan and Arlene Whitrock Egan. She enjoyed quilting. She belonged to the Cobblestone Quilters and was a member of the Columbiettes, Island Quilters and Quilters of South Carolina. She served as a bookkeeper for a fabric store and was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The ARK, c/o St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 206 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483. Survivors, including her husband Edward, are two sons; William O'Leary of Charleston and Edward J. O'Leary (Leslie) of Wichita Falls, TX, two grandchildren; Elizabeth O'Leary and Raelyn O'Leary both of Wichita Falls, TX, one brother; Dale Egan of Milbank, SD and three sisters; Alice Edwards of Clayton, NC, Marlene Veen of Milbank, SD and Darlene Lewis of Minneapolis, MN.
