Betty Louise Brunson ALLENDALE, SC - Mrs. Betty Louise Brunson, 76, of Augusta Highway in Allendale, SC died at the Allendale County Hospital Wednesday evening March 14th, 2012 after an extended illness. She was the widow of Lawrence Otis Brunson, Sr. Born August 3rd, 1935 in Brunson, SC she was the daughter of the late Edgar R. Brunson and Lillie Cook Brunson. Mrs. Brunson was a homemaker and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Hampton. She will be remembered for her love of children and her joy of watching birds. She is survived by one son: Lawrence Otis Brunson, Jr. of Allendale; two daughters: Deloris Brunson of Allendale and Debra M. Sauls and husband Randy of Varnville and three sisters: Mary B. Williams, Sara Cook and Frances Crosby, all of Fairfax and Iva Lee Thompson of Pensacola, Florida. She is also survived by 1 granddaughter, Amy Lauren Brunson of Allendale. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 17th, 2012 at 3 PM in the chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. David Schaffer. Burial will follow in the DeLoach Cemetery near Estill, SC.
