Kari, Kaycee, Kelly, Duffy, and Dr. Connolly,
I just heard about Mrs. Connolly and I am so sorry. I have many fond memories of playing at your house in Kingstree. Mrs. Connolly was always happy. Dr. Connolly - you saved my life on at least 1 occasion - I'll never forget when I choked on a cough drop and my mom ran across our yard into yours and you grabbed me and stopped me from choking. Unfortunantly, my mom (Polly) passed away on December 3rd so we are grieving for her as well. Maybe they (Betsy and Polly) are together reminiscing about when we were young. Take care of each other and know you are in my thoughts!

I have many fond memories of your entire family. I used to spend as much time at your house as I did at mine when we were growing up! Mrs. Connolly always made me feel like I was one of her own children. I regret that we haven't kept in touch but I do want you to know that I share in your sadness at this time. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jim, Kaycee, Elly, Kelly and all the family. We were just in Kiawah and little Jack and Annie went to visit "Betsy" sometimes we haven't disturbed her and this time converstion was in full swing. She said she delights in watching them come and go on the board walk and even saw Jack stumble off the walk into the cactus! Know there is a time and place for every event and she is in the placeof many rooms AND I bet my mother of the "golden girls" was one of many who welcomed her. We will all have you in our prayers and wish we could be there tonight. Know we are asking God for His Love to fill you all and His strength to sustain you and the memories to fill many moments. Love Janie and Bob Klopfer and family

Doc, Kaycee and family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Although we lost touch over the years, Jimi kept us up to date of your family. I remember when you moved to Kingstree and how much fun your mom made it for us when we came over to play. I know how you are feeling right now. You will miss her, but you will get through this with God's, family, and friends' strength. Take care of your family and God bless all of you in this difficult time.

When we lose a blessing in this world as Betsy Connolly, it's all the more an earthly loss. Yet, I choose to cherish the fact there was even the opportunity in my own life to get to know such a Godsend as Betsy. As such, I'm humbly thankful that my kid sister Leigh had the foresight to marry Duffy Connolly such that all our Davidson family was touched by the beauty and love overflowing in Betsy Connolly and her devoted husband. My regret and that of this larger Davidson family is there will not be that one more opportunity to be with Betsy here on this earth again. Of course, she was quite the blessing to all who had the honor to enjoy her while here. While there is no doubt where Betsy is right now, our love is extended to Dr. Connolly, his children, their spouses, and his grandchildren who must move forward without Betsy's warm presence and continence upon them as before. God Bless you!
