Helen Middleton Obituary
Helen Middleton, 86 of Sun Lakes passed away on March 1, 2013. Born in Cleveland OH on June 12, 1926 to German immigrants, Phillip and Helen Kitzer, the family moved to Chicago in 1929. Helen graduated from McKinley HS with honors and attended DePaul U. She met her husband, Don, while roller skating at White City. They were married in 1947. She was the long time executive secretary for the Illinois Trucking Assoc. before retiring and moving to Sun Lakes with Don in 1991. She is survived by Don, sons Don (Bernadette), Dave (Jeanette) and Scott (Noreen), 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Peter (Rea), Matthew, Colleen, Lauren, Michael and Renee, and great-grandson, Brady. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 11AM at the Valley of the Sun Funeral Home, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler AZ., www.valleyofthesunfuneralhome.com.
