Bernard Smalls, Sr. N. CHARLESTON - Mr. Bernard Smalls, Sr., 56 of N. Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 31, 2014. Mr. Smalls was the son of the late Louis and Minnie Smalls; the father of Bernard Smalls, Jr., Rasaund Smalls and Willette Smalls; the brother of Annette Smalls, Laverne Drayton (Ellis); the nephew of Eloise Wilson and the special friend of Dianne Felder. The family will receive friends at 4654 Raven Street, N. Charleston, SC. The funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
