MSgt. Bernard Alfred Baur, USAF Ret. Goose Creek - MSgt. Bernard Alfred Baur, USAF Ret., 82, of Goose Creek, SC, husband of Sybil "Ann" Lee Baur entered into eternal rest Monday, December 17, 2018. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 in the Northwood Church, 4020 2nd Avenue, Summerville, SC 29486 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Plantation Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road. Bernard was born December 12, 1936 in McKeesport, PA, son of the late Bernard A. Baur and Norma Baur Swauger. He was previously married to the late Barbara Ann Badstibner Baur for 50 years. He was a retired Master Sergeant in the USAF, retired driver for Fed EX for 13 years and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was a longstanding member of Northwood Church of Summerville since 1976. He is survived by his wife; daughter, Michele Perry (Darryl); two sons, Chris Baur (Mary), Michael Baur (Tammy); nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; six brothers: Thomas, Gerald, Ronald, Donald, Bruce and Gary; and two sisters, Elaine and Pam. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife; and three brothers: David, Kenneth and Bobby.
