Benjamin Rivers CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mr. Benjamin Rivers will celebrate his life with a Graveside Service Friday, May 29, 2021, 11:00 am, in Rivers Memorial Gardens, 15053 Bennett's Point Rd., Green Pond, SC, Rev. Dr. Nelson B. Rivers, officiating. a walk-through visitation will be held at the mortuary Thursday from 4-6pm, where the family will receive friends from 5-6pm at the mortuary. Mr. Rivers leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Herman A. Drayton (Inel), Gwendolyn Tinsley (Ralph), Joanne Elizabeth Rivers, Pamela Kinloch (Christopher), Kenneth Flowers Rivers (Sheryl), Louise Watkins (Carlee) and Tonia Ancrum (Nathaniel); siblings, Evelyn Frasier (the late David), Mary Mallory (Alex), Patricia Horne (the late Benjamin), Delphine Ward, Shirley Ward. Louise Gadsden (Anthony) and Chris Rivers Jr.; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great- great-grandchildren, aunts, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Rivers was preceded in death by his children, the late Martha Davis, Willie White and Alfred Drayton; brothers, the late Joseph Chisolm (the late Barbara) and Harold Steplight.
