Benjamin Graves Obituary

Benjamin Fitzgerald Graves, 41, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away in his home on Seabrook Island, SC, on January 26, 2026.

Ben was born on August 6, 1984, to Denis and Mary Graves. He was preceded in death by his proud father, Denis. He is survived by his adoring mother, Mary; devoted sisters, Rachel and Courtney (Chris); beloved niece and nephews, Reagan, Max, and Denis; loyal dog, James; and many loving family members and friends.

Ben genuinely loved the outdoors. He enjoyed the beach, boating, skiing, and walking his beloved dog, James. Ben was a charismatic storyteller and could light up an entire room. Those who knew him will forever cherish a story he told. He was a talented craftsman who took immense pride in his work. He was sensitive and kind, he loved his family deeply, and he found joy in all the little gifts life provided.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in Ben's honor to: https://www.shatterproof.org/nationalmemorial/ben-graves?thankyou

The family will share details regarding a service at a later time.
