For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens, for in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven .

Its getting late in the evening and the sun is going down. What can you say about this wonderful solider of the Lord; We'll miss you but most of all treasure your wonderful spirit.

"Its Getting Late In the Evening and the Sun is Going down".
To The Family of the Late Benjamin Bligen, Sr.:
The sun has most definitely gone down with the death of Bro. Benji. He will be missed and I know all Hearts are saddened at this time due to his death. Just know that the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, but he takes none but his very own. I could imagine Bro. Benji, Bro. Eli, Bro. John Smalls and all of the soldiers of Wesley are really doing their Thing in Heaven. When asked, "What are they doing in Heaven today, Sickness and Sorrows have all passed away, Peace abide like a River they say, tell me what are they doing there now. I know they are really tearing up the Streets that are pave with Gold, and having a shouting, hallelujah good time. So family, I won't tell you to dry up your Tears, because he was a good soldier that fought a good fight and he will be missed. Think about the Good times and think about ALL the Lives he has touched while here on this Earth. Remember Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. You have my deepest sympathy and my family will keep you our Constant Prayer. Take care and Be Blessed.
Judy Legare (Ms. Wesley) Charleston, SC and the Legare, Patterson & Lessington Families.

Rev. Bligen was a good man that will be missed on the island. When I would stay with Mrs. Albertha Smith, he would come by and bring me fruit and sometimes sing songs with me. Although I regret not being able to come home, please know that the Bligen family, the Wesley family, and the community of John's Island are in my prayers.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
