I worked with Ben during the half of a century he worked at Roper Hospital Charleston. He was the most dedicated employee any employer could ever dream of having. And I always admired the way he treated his wife Clara.... ...there are such few gentlemen left in the world. He was indeed a true gentleman. My circle of retired Roper employees are passing the notice of your loss to each other. One of them said it best "Our Ben & Clara are together again".
