To my family we must LOVE and LIFT one another up during our time of bereavement. We must use this time to make PEACE and embrace each other, because we do not know when we will be called HOME.
Our Faith rest not upon what we are, shall be, or feel, or know, but in who CHRIST is, in what HE has done , and in what He is now doing for us.

To Barry Wright's Family and Friends,

It is true that there are natural steps we go through in the grief process. The timing and length of each step is different for each person. The good news is that you can and will get through this sad time in your life. However, as you face the pain of losing Barry one day at a time, at your own pace, you'll grow stronger and be on your way to healing.

Sometimes you will take three steps forward, and one or two back. That's OK. Find one person that allows you to talk freely about Barry as much as you need to. And/or journal your memories of him and express the pain you are going through from losing him.

Just ask God to help you get through this and please take away at least some of the heartbreak. Turned it over to God to help you. Everyone grieves in their own way. No one person can tell you how to get over losing someone you love so dearly and has been a part of your life. Everyone means well, but that is a personal thing that you must deal with in your own way. The love and support of those around you can help. You have to keep moving through the best way you know how.

I know that you will weather this storm. Here is my prayer to you:

Heavenly Father, I come to your throne of grace with confidence, knowing that your mercy and grace will bring help to Barry's family and friends during this time. Remind them that they are never alone, because you are with them. Thank you Father.

Let them experience your perfect love during this time, a love that is strong enough to cast out all of their fears. Replace fear with your love, peace and joy, Father, as they realize anew that a merry heart will do them good like a medicine. Let this be their experience dear God. Let the ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow bring healing to their heart, body and soul. Proclaim deliverance, Father and restore their soul and lead them in to paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Help them to trust in you with all their heart instead of leaning unto their own understanding.

Renew their strength Father. Help them to believe fully that the old things have passed away and that you are making all things new in their life. Thank You Father. May Barry walk in newness in heaven.

One of God's greatest desires for us is that we would learn to be thankful in all circumstances. However, when we seek to apply this principle to our lives, God sends a tremendous blessing our way. He recognizes our obedience and rewards us for our commitment and dedication. Not only do we receive God's blessings, we also discover that praise and thanksgiving have a far-reaching effect on our lives and those around us. When we praise God for His faithfulness even in times of sorrow, others witness our faith and, ultimately, are drawn closer to the Lord.

Giving thanks to God does not mean that we should ignore or deny the pain and frustration that accompanies disappointment or adversity. God never instructs us to hide our feelings or sorrows. However, He does want us to respond correctly. Giving thanks to God teaches us how to worship and focus on the goodness of God.

I know you have likely heard it many times before, but time will heal some of your pain. Hold fast to your memories. We never know where God will take our life but we must trust that he loves us and will take care of us. My condolences to Barry's family and friends.

Peace and Blessings,

MICHAEL CAMPBELL
