Ardis Kilgore Obituary

KILGORE, Ardis Ardis Adelle Kilgore, 69, of St. George, SC, widow of Samuel H. Kilgore, Sr., died Saturday, December 27, 2008 at St. George Health Care Center. A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, January 17, 2009 at Ridge Baptist Church, 2168 Ridge Church Road, Summerville, SC 29483 at three o'clock. Burial will be private. Mrs. Kilgore was born November 16, 1939 in Stratton, NE, a daughter of Edward Glonek and the late Dorothy Knight Glonek. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one son, Samuel H. Kilgore, Jr., and wife Melissa of Moncks Corner; one daughter, Cindy C. Smith of Phoenix, AZ; her father, Edward Glonek of Summerville; one brother, Arvon Glonek and wife Eloise of Hatteras, NC; five grandchildren, Devin, Kalyn, and Addison Kilgore of Moncks Corner and Shawn and Sam Sicari of Phoenix, AZ.
