From Canada we visit our Son and Daughter in law to see our grandchildren every chance we get.
Sometimes we take our grandchildren from here with us .The Riverdog games are a must!
It's amazing that all of those years they don't remember who won,but they remember Tony the peanut man!
Thank you for giving us all the honor of knowing you?
RIP Mike And Donna Mitchell,Nanaimo,BC

To the Family of Anthony Wright,
I was taken aback to learn of Tony's passing. Tony and I were classmates at Wallace School and he was always the same--funny, down to earth, lighthearted, kindhearted, loving spirit. Tony was an icon back in the day and that did not change over the years. I'm glad to say I knew him personally. Our paths rarely crossed after school days, but Tony was someone you could never forget -- he always made his presence known, in a good way. Tony will be missed by me and so many others. Thanks family and thanks be to God for shariing "Mutt" with us over the years. May your hearts be comforted knowing that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Time is a healer.

What an awesome man!! The charm, charisma and smile just warmed your heart. Mr. Tony was always so kind and he was a good neighbor in Washington Park (Maryville section). You could stop by his house and he would just give you some peanuts. He was VERY UNSELFISH. I remember last year he came to our new facility at 2 George Street and brought us some chewies. THE BEST EVER!! That was Mr. Tony. Very sweet. HE WILL BE MISSED throughout the Charleston area. No One can sing it like Tony- The Peanut Man!!A good and faithful servant. REST ON MY FRIEND- REST ON.

Rest in Paradise. Each time I encountered Mr. Wright he made our family feel like it was HIS pleasure. We saw him at home football games at The Citadel while our son was a cadet there. He brought smiles and warmed hearts of all those he met.
Blessings and Love to his family and loved ones Thank you for sharing him with us.
