I am so sorry for your lose, Anthony was truly a Man among Men, a proud man. A man who I admired, and indeared. Anthony Canty will be missed greatly.

I served on the fireDepartment with Capt. Canty, he was a good man. I am so sorry to here about his passing. May GOD continue to bless you all. Harold stay strong!!

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your husband, Anthony. I grew up in the New Jerusalem COGIC in the Accabee Section of SC and also know Harold and Jeanette from attending there. I also was in the Bonds Wilson HS Band with you. I'm so sorry to hear about Anthony's passing. I'm deeply saddened and I offer my sincerest sympathy.

My prayer is for the lord to comfort the Canty Family during this time of sorrow. Matt.11:28 "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest"

Oh! How fond are my memories of Anthony, it was so sad to learn of his demise. I guess Anthony will be remembered for the small things which so vividly characterized his life: his sense of humor, unassuming personality, his willingness to give and share, and his sense of family.

We had the pleasure of meeting Anthony thru Rev.& Sis Alfonso Riley. He had a loving spirit and truly was a family man. He loved the Lord and his family. Theta, May God comfort you and your family during this time of grief and sorrow. Hold on knowing that you will see him again. God Bless you.

I was deeply sadden to hear of Anthony's passing. I attended Garrett High School with him and we had many mutual friends. May God bless you and your family. I know Anthony will forever be watching over his family.

A good neighbor, friendly, outgoing and my nickname for him was IcyZ after his beloved car. He cared for those around him and chose to be helpful in many ways in the neighborhood. He will be missed.

I was very sad to read about Anthony's passing. Although I went to high school with him, I mostly remember him from the ball fields of North Charleston when he coached little league. I pray that you will find comfort in having him in this world for so long, although it was not long enough ... and may the heaven's rejoice at his arrival !

I saw Anthony Canty occasionally since I worked with his wife, Theta. He was always smiling and had a warm sense of humor. I know he was greatly loved by his wife and family. My heart goes out to my dear friend, Theta Canty, for the loss of her life partner. I pray God's peace will comfort and sustain her and her family during this time of grief and sorrow.
