Annie Bell Sanders CROSS, SC - Mrs. Annie Bell Sanders, 52, of 1518 Spring Plains Road, Cross, SC, passed away at her residence, Friday, December 4, 2009. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at Jehovah AME Church, Cross, SC. Rev. Jonathan Baker will officiate. Burial in Sanders' Cemetery, Cross, SC. The daughter of the late Willie Isaac Wilson and Rebecca Rosa Wilson, Mrs. Sanders accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Unity Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Cross High School in 1975 and afterward attended Vorhees College in Denmark, SC. Annie Bell was an entrepreneur and was owner and operator of Sanders Grocery in Cross, SC. Annie was joined in holy matrimony to Mr. Herman Sanders in November of 1977. To this union, two children were born. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Herman Sanders; her children, K'Shaun Sanders and Herman Demond Sanders (Arthurlyn), both of Columbia, SC; one sister, Rosemary (James) Wright of St. Stephen, SC; two brothers, Willie L. (Lila) Wilson of Cross, SC, and Leroy Wilson of Detroit, MI; one grandson, Demond Tyson Sanders of Columbia, SC; six brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
