Of Belmont, formerly of Waltham, July 30, 2003. Wife of the late Charles P. Scafidi. Mother of Karen R. Cavicchi of Waltham, Lester C. Scafidi of Orange and Norman D. Scafidi and his wife Leanne M. of Tewskbury. Grandmother of Matthew W. Cavicchi, Jennifer K. Welz and her husband Jay, Shaun F., Jeremy C., Michael P. and Sarah M. Scafidi. Great-grandmother of Anthony C. Cavicchi. Sister of Norman Dube of Waltham, Janet Gustafson of Harvard and the late Paul and Philip Dube. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 8 a.m. Monday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), WALTHAM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Luke's Church, 132 Lexington Street, Belmont at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
