Anne Oldham Obituary

Anne Hickson Oldham, 78, of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, September 11, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born September 30, 1946, in Lynchburg, SC, Anne was the cherished daughter of John Alvin Hickson, Sr. and Mattie Player Hickson. Anne dedicated her career as an Office Manager for Vitro Labs, where her integrity and work ethic left a lasting impression. In her leisure hours, she found joy in watching her favorite soap operas, spending time knitting, crafting, and taking memorable trips with her friends from the Senior Center. Her warmth and creativity enriched the lives of those around her. Anne was preceded in death by her brother, John Alvin Hickson, Jr. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry W. Oldham; two daughters, Kristi Green Doty and her husband Don of Anderson, and Lauren Oldham Willis and her husband Rusty of Pinopolis; a son, John Dean Green, Sr. and his wife Marsha of Mooresville, IN; ten treasured grandchildren; John Green, Jr. and his wife Bailie, Brett Harris and her husband Devin, Madison Howard and her husband Josh, Macy Scoggins and her husband Nathan, Grace Willis, Cooper Willis, Brett Willis and his wife Lindsie, Russell Willis, Kevin Doty and his wife Emily, and Erica Doty; and four beloved great-grandchildren; Talia, Judah, Addison, Brooks, Alec, Ellie, and Raelynn. Anne's love and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her. Family and friends will gather to remember and celebrate Anne's life at Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Moncks Corner, from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM on Friday, September 19, 2025.
