Anne Alster Obituary

Anne Alster CHARLESTON - Anne Jung Alster, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Everett John Alster, entered into eternal rest Saturday, June 17, 2023. All services will be private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. Anne was born June 21, 1928, in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late Friedrich Jung and Alma Dick Jung. Anne was a member of The Charleston Hat Ladies, a volunteer at the Fort Sumter National Monument, charter member of the Lowcountry Senior Center and an officer of the local chapter of the AARP. She attended Epworth United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Lawrence Everett Alster (Janice) of Charleston, SC; two grandchildren, John Ross Alster, and Michelle Anne Alster.
