My memories of Elizabeth are of a bright, beautiful
girl who made life better in all that she did. I know that she is missed very much. I think of you often, McIver.

Every time i walked into unity, Im still scanning the congregation for that shock of red hair, that brilliant smile! Oh, what a gift she was to us all!

I have just recently heard about your beautiful Elizabeth's passing. It is hard to believe and words fail me. There are so few people on this Earth that can make such lasting impressions of goodness, love and beauty. Though our hours with her were too few, I will never forget her. You raised such a lovely, lovely daughter and hope you take comfort in her spirit that I know surrounds you both. The physical emptiness of her not being on Earth is such a loss for those of us that remain. I'm so sorry. We send our love and tears.

No words could describe the grief that is felt by the tragic physical loss of beautiful Elizabeth. I will miss her very much. Words that come to mind when I think of her lovely Spirit are gracefulness, loving, kind, creative, generous, sincere, joyful, devoted, compassionate, gentle, reverent, optimistic, intelligent, playful, glowing, delightful. The lovely light that she is was nurtured by her loving and adoring parents; she was their pride and joy and she was deeply devoted to them. A family to admire.

Harriet and McIver, I surround you with my love and hold you close to my heart as you grieve - I cannot imagine how painful it is for you. May it bring you some comfort to know how dearly Elizabeth was loved and that her light will always shine.

I just found out about Elizabeth yesterday, so please forgive me for not writing sooner. Words can't express my deep sadness. I wanted to share some memories with you, so a letter is on its way...but I wanted to express my condolences. Elizabeth was filled with love and light. I'm so glad that I got to know all of you. I am thinking of you both.

Harriet and McIver, I just learned of this tragic news yesterday from John Willcox. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you especially now during this time of sadness and loss.

I am so sorry about the loss of Elizabeth. You may not remember me, but Elizabeth and I were friends in high school. I will always remember Elizabeth as being a genuinely kind and contagiously happy person. I am fortunate to have known her. You are in my prayers.

Harriet and McIver, I was deeply saddened to learn of Elizabeth's sudden passing. Although I did not have the opportunity to meet her, the wonderful words of those who knew her could not be more heart warming. You have my sincerest sympathy and I will keep the both of you in my prayers.

"Heaven is the living memory of those who have touched our lives and have passed on" I know that Elizabeth is in heaven because she touched so many many lives. We are grateful to have known her. Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place.....is the last song Elizabeth and I sang together on Founders Day as we sat at the table together eating lunch. It was wonderful.

Elizabeth was carefree, happy and full of joy. Hold on to this and her great love of friends and her devotion to her parents. What a wonderful soul!

I first met Elizabeth at a Y.O.U. retreat when I was 16, I remember seeing an amazingly beautiful redhead bounding around the room, hugging and greeting EVERYONE....I thought to myself "I want to know her".
