Anna Kristin Onder (Shiver) MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ - Our beloved Kristin unexpectedly passed away at home on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the age of 51. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Onder; her cherished son, Austin Clark; her parents, Russell and Diane Shiver; brother and sister-in- law, Michael and Melissa Shiver; nephews, Matthew, Nick, Lucas, and Jacob Shiver; father-in-law and mother-in- law, Jack and JoAnn Onder; sister-in-law and brother-in- law, Catherine and David Caplan; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Jacqueline Onder; cousin, Patrick McManus; beloved Aunt Mary Lou; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Words cannot begin to describe how proud Kristin was of her son, Austin's military career as a pilot in the US Army. Kristin was a compassionate and loving soul who relished adventure and touched the lives of just about everyone she met. As a child, she loved climbing the old willow tree in her yard and later raced jet skis off the coast of Charleston. She toured the country on her Harley and in a RV, surfed in Nicaragua, and practically lived on the ski slopes of Big Mountain in the winter. Kristin truly lived life to the fullest and bettered the lives of those around her. Throughout her life and adventures, her treasured and loyal dogs were constant companions. Kristin is tremendously missed, and the world is a bit darker with her passing. May she rest in peace and now enjoy the company of those who passed before her. A memorial service will be held mid-January in NJ, and another will take place on Sullivan's Island, South Carolina, in early February at the beach house that provided her so many wonderful childhood memories.
