I remember the first time I met Louise at the nursing home in which my mother had only been there herself for a few days. My mothers name was Thelma Priester. She passed away last year in april. I found them in the tea room the day I met Louise eating lunch and making small talk. I sat to visit with my mom and Louise just seemed to be someone we had known for a long time in just a short time that day. She had a big heart and a beautiful warm smile. I would always love to talk to her about her nursing career, she was so proud to share it with me , I admired her, my mother became very close to her. I would tease them and say look out there's Thelma and Louise! I know they are in heaven together no doubt. Thank you God for allowing Louise to be a part of my mothers life. I love you Louise. Rest sweet angel.

My dearest cousins,
We shall miss your mother, the sister of my mother--- her laugh, the family dinners. She was a true Christian and she rests peacefully in the arms of her Lord and family members.

I want to thank everyone for sharing my Mom all these years. She was more out there helping others than I ever imagined.
Please accept my thanks for everything you did for her and continue helping others as she helped you.

Louise was truly my oldest friend on this earth, as she was present at my birth at Old Roper Hospital 61 years ago. She was a lifelong friend of my own late mother, the former Clara Shipley of North Charleston. I've written a tribute to Aunt Louise too lengthy to be published here but can be found at http://www.xanga.com/HaigLaw/574286712/item.html

Louise was a beautiful person not only outside but inside. She loved her children and grand children dearly. Louise was a good friend and will be miss by all.
