Angela Kay Nevils Harris MT. PLEASANT- Angela Kay Nevils Harris, 48, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Jason Harris, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Angela's life will be celebrated on Sunday, April 7, 2024 in the Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC, at 2:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel. Angela was born July 17, 1975 in Knoxville, Tennessee, daughter of Joann Mercer Nevils and the late Roy Sneed Nevils. Angela had a fulfilling career with HERE Technologies, and traveled the world with her colleagues. Her adventurous spirit led her to explore diverse cultures and experience the beauty of different countries. She was also a loyal and dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful children. Angela had a deeply committed relationship with God, and was an active member in her church. She enjoyed being outdoors and had a love of nature. She enjoyed camping, hiking in the Smoky Mountains, and gardening. Angela leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and joy. She will be deeply missed by her beloved family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her husband, Jason Harris; her daughter, Fiona Grace Harris; her son, Frederick Roy Harris; her mother, Joanne Nevils; her mother-in-law, Joan Harris. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Sneed Nevils; father-in-law, Fred Harris. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund.
