We miss Andy more than I can express here. I think of him every single day & everywhere I look I see Andy & Thomas-Andy on his belly leaning on his elbows & Thomas sitting with one knee bent up while building incredible things w/ legos, out in the marsh at low tide picking up bottles & trash, vegged out on the sofas watching a movie, sitting in front of the computer laughing at some funny video they'd found, piling out of the car at the Dollar General to get an after school snack, one sitting on a deck bench & the other on the railing talking (rare occasion), one sitting on the rope swing & the other in the hammock talking & chillin...I cherish those pictures which are embedded in my mind & continue to pray that Andy will go from strength to strength, in the life of perfect service, in God’s heavenly kingdom.

When I was out visiting a few years back, it surprised me how a 10 year old 'desired' to cook us breakfast, and then did a great job with the cooking AND the serving! What a pleasure it was, and now is a (bitter)sweet memory.

Macneils,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Andy in passing as Katies brother when he would come hang out at the station and everybody that knows Katie knows the love that they have for each other. She was so proud of all of his accomplishments...she would come to the station and tell everybody about what her little brother was doing. He seemed like a really sweet, good kid. My heart and thoughts are with you
