Andrew M. Guerry ST. STEPHEN, SC - Andrew Michael "Andy" Guerry, 64, of St. Stephen, SC, a retired meat cutter for Bi-Lo, died Monday morning at his residence. His memorial service will be 2:00 PM this Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 23, 2011, in the CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Hollings Cancer Center, 86 Jonathan Lucas St., Charleston, SC 29425. Mr. Guerry was born July 5, 1947, in Charleston, SC, a son of Andrew W. Guerry and Dorothy Mitchum Guerry. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam. Mr. Guerry enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Guerry, and a brother, Everette H. Guerry. Surviving are, his companion, Ola Mae Williamson; two sons, Michael T. Guerry of Macedonia and Paul A. Guerry of St. Stephen; two step daughters, Betty Branton of St. Stephen and Marsha Doolin of Murphysboro, IL; a step son, Lewis Williamson of Moncks Corner; three sisters, Janice Williams and Marilyn Williams both of Macedonia, and Lynn Bonnette of St. Stephen; twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
