The world has lost a bright, beautiful, unique woman, and my family has lost a true friend. Alex doesn't understand any of this, but we've told him he has a guardian angel who loves him and will watch over him. Thank you, Amanda, for being such a great friend. We miss you,and love you. Your memory will always have a special place in our hearts.

Amanda has never had trouble telling me what she thought of me. I deeply regret that I have always had trouble expressing how much I thought of her. I am not Amanda's best friend, but in the brief time I have known her she has been mine. She will be in my heart forever.

Amanda was my really good friend and def a one of a kind person. I worked with her for 5 years and took dance with her since we were in grade school. I can see her with her long blond ponytail and twirling her baton. I was thrilled to see her so happy in life with her fiance Joe. He made Amanda the happiest I have ever seen her and thank him for that. I can hear her laugh and her funny comments to me and will never forget those. I will miss her greatly and pray for her family and Joe in this tragic time.

Amanda did not know me. I knew her through the many stories my son related to me about her; they were very good friends. He told me of what she liked to do and of how she thought of matters of the world and heart. So, when Amanda looked at me, she saw someone that she really did not know. But, when I looked at her I saw someone with whom I felt great warmth, and respect, and admiration. The world didn't lose just an ordinary person but a beautiful angel.

I have been thinking the past few days about the interactions I had with Amanda at Prairie Eye Center. She always greeted me with an energetic smile and had great judgement when helping me choose new frames. I will definitely miss her. Many lives were touched in a positive way by her presence. May you find peace and comfort in the precious memories of her.

I had the pleasure to know Amanda when we were in the Ebenezer 4-H club together. She always brought her upbeat personality, smile and wonderful ideas to meetings. She will be missed on this earth for all good she has done here. It is hard to lose such a wonderful young lady so early, but now all we can do is celebrate the life she had here on earth. My deepest condolences.

I was not only privileged to have called Amanda a friend, but we were sister Girl Scouts as children. Her loss is felt by many that knew her. I had lost touch with her after graduation and was so happy to find her friendship again 2 years ago when her brother Sean was found to be a friend of my partner. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family during this terrible time. God has taken one of his precious angels to join him at his side in Heaven. May that thought bring some peace to everyone left here on Earth.

Dear Melanie and Mrs. Robson, I was so sorry to see the news of Amandaa. I remember her from many years ago when she took dance with my daughters, Allyson and Tiffanie Benjamin. The girls remembered playing with her when she lived across the street from us in Franklin. She loved dance and I remember how much joy she brought to both of you. I know she had a very special relationship with her grandmother. Happy Memories Always, Tammy Benjamin Barton, Allyson, Tiffanie and Bridgett

My deepest condolences to Amanda's family. I am thankful that I had Amanda as a friend in high school. She was someone who was brave enough to be her own person- to stand tall in who she was and what she believed in. I always wished that I had a bit of that amazing trait for myself in those trying teen years. I am thankful for all of the fun memories I have of hanging out, going to proms, and playing tennis. I pray that all of the awesome memories of Amanda will get you through this very difficult time.
