It really broke my heart to hear that my freind Woody passed away. I had tried to find out if he was still alive so I could call him, but no one could ever tell me. He and I worked together at F. A. Bailey for 15 years, but I knew him for 15 years prior to that because my dad worked at Bailey. Woody and I used to eat lunch together at Bailey's and some of the stories we told were great. We were eating one day, and out the clear blue Woody said,"See that Spider on the wall, he don't have any hair at all". Well, he and I laughed for an hour and then laughed about it for years afterward. I have many fond memories of Woody and I hope and pray he will rest in peace and his son will find peace in his passing.

Don,
This a bittersweet time for you. I know as you do, that he is in a much better place. But I know this time is hard and painful.
Sending you prayers of comfort,
Peace,
Jacki

Dear Hicks family and friends:
I was deeply addened to read in this mornings paper of the passing of "Woody". I thought of him often over the years. We worked together at
F.A. Baily & Sons back in the late 1960's. He was a very kind man who would always be there for you when as a young man I sought advice. He and his family will be in my prayers and thoughts.
May God Bless Woody Hicks,
Robert C. Maguire
