Alison Brooks Obituary

Jeff, Brad & Emma,
Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. Alison was an amazing woman and mom that always made everyone around her stronger. She will always be that angel in the sky watching over and protecting you all. She will be missed by many.

I was so sorry to hear about your wife. Praying God who understands our deepest needs will wrap you in His tender loving care,so you will feel the comfort of His loving touch.Take one day at a time. Thanking of you and praying for you and your family.

To the Brooks family, may God's underserved kindness and peace be increased to you, at this time, as you cope with the loss of your love one.

Death was not God's original purpose for us. It is something for which we can never be completely prepared. Jeff, Brad, and Emma,

Your Mom, Alison, was a wonderful woman. She was always warm, gentle, kind and generous. Whenever we needed help at Buist she would answer the call. She accompanied us on field trips, volunteered at events, helped out during classroom parties and special functions, and cheered her children on during sporting events. We all have our special memories of her. She was not only a loving mother and wife, with only the kindest of word to speak of her family, she was also our friend. She was a blessing and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I will always remember Alison's dedication to her precious children. When we moved to the Buist East Campus in Mt. Pleasant, she worked tirelessly breaking up the ground in order to plant our 2nd grade garden. It was 99 degrees in August. She was such a sweet and gentle soul.
